This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, registration forms or payment collection. Its page interactions do not set cookies or save information in your browser’s local storage.
The website host, Render, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request information. See Render’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.
Optional AI helper
If you tick the consent box and send a question, we pass that question to OpenAI to generate an answer. Do not include passwords, personal customer information or sensitive records. The helper cannot access your account or kitchen data. We do not save questions or answers in our database or browser storage; usage counters are retained briefly to limit abuse. OpenAI may retain content for abuse monitoring. See OpenAI’s data controls. AI answers can be wrong; contact us to check important information. Closing the page clears the displayed conversation.
Contacting us
Email links open your chosen email application. No enquiry is sent until you choose to send it. If you contact us, we use your email address and the details you provide to answer your enquiry, arrange pilot access or provide support. Please do not send passwords or sensitive kitchen records in a general enquiry.
Business email is provided through Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy. Information in your correspondence is handled by those providers as part of delivering email. We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry and any related service matter. You can ask us to review or delete it by emailing the address above.
Links to the app and other services
The pilot app handles account and venue information separately from this website. Access remains invitation-only. Contact us for the applicable pilot information before providing business records. You can request deletion of an existing app account.
When you follow a link to another service, that service’s privacy arrangements apply.
